PS Mitsubishi – HR & Corporate Video
PS Mitsubishi has a passion for construction unrivaled anywhere in the world, but they has several communicate problems then needed to improve upon such as:
- Needed to hire new, high-quality staff
- Brand value was low compared to their capabilities. They needed to refresh their branding to be more modern and cool in order to raise brand value
- Increase the moral of the existing staff and attract new recruits with refreshed brand
- Communicate their professionalism and passion to current and potential customers
We made a story interviewing the president and had him communicate the value of the brand. Then we made “senpai” or Hero stories where we created heroes within PS Mitsubishi. We identified who were the most influential people in the company and we had them communicate their experiences and story.
